The US and Canada are screwing up school.

We have to do better!

This story in Policy Mic is true, alarming and indefensible.
It simply cannot go on on this scale.

While worse for the U.S., we have nothing to be proud of in Canada.

I’ll prepare a piece on the Canadian situation shortly.

You won’t be happy with that one either.

But we can’t sit on the sidelines any longer.

We have to do something for our children.

They can’t read, write or do math.

OK, not ALL of them, but far too many.

And they want jobs?

But there ARE no jobs.

The answer is to get them out of the basement and off the devices and into school.

Taking something they like, something they feel they can be good at.

The situation is ridiculous and sad.

If your children are having trouble at school for any reason, send them to me at Dropout to Dean’s List

I’ll teach them how to know themselves and they’ll become excellent, happy students.

But read this article on Policy Mic, from the Washington Post, first.

You’ll get scared and maybe take action.

You can’t go to school for your kid but you can guide and support him or her.

If your child could do this by himself  he would have done it by now.
